According to legend, the Phoenix becomes aware of an inner knowing that its life has reached its pinnacle and so chooses to surrender completely to the fire of its own creation. Through its own power the Phoenix recreates itself arising ever more radiant to continue the eternal cycle. Once reborn, its first act is to gather the ashes of its pyre and parent from which it has risen, into an egg made of myrrh. Thousands of birds journey with him in friendship (the hawk and the sparrow; the eagle and the dove) to place the egg on the altar of the temple of the sun. Afterwards they soar towards a distant paradise singing in harmony.
Within our hearts we too have the ability, through conscious choice, to re-create ourselves and transform the world.

Through ceremony, connecting with nature, workshops, personal healings, art,
